What Happens When You Call

When you call, here is what to expect:

2. We ask the questions that help us understand the scope, including the size of the property and whether it is a single-family home, an apartment, or a commercial space.
3. We explain the treatment options that fit your situation and confirm a price before anything is scheduled.
4. We set up the inspection, which is where every job officially begins.

Nothing is quoted or scheduled without that conversation first. The call is the right place to ask about heat treatment, chemical options, what preparation is involved, and what follow-up looks like. We will answer every question plainly.

What to Have Ready Before You Call

You do not need to have done a full investigation before you call. Just knowing a few things helps us scope the job faster:

• Where you are seeing signs of activity, such as the bedroom, living room, or multiple rooms
• What the signs look like, whether bites, dark spots, shed skins, or live bugs
• How long the problem has been going on, even a rough estimate
• The type of property, whether a house, apartment, rental unit, or commercial space
• The approximate size of the affected area
